Your KS99 account is strictly for your personal use. You may not lend, transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any other party. Each account holder is fully responsible for all activity that occurs through their account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices
• Notify KS99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Keeping the personal information in your profile up to date at all times

• Cross-Hedging: Placing opposing bets across different accounts to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner towards support staff or other players

Ks99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request.

You may also request to close your own account at any time through KS99 support channels. In the case of a voluntary closure (not involving a breach of terms), any valid balance in your account will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of the verification process.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement and any winnings associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. KS99 also reserves the right to withhold the balance if an investigation is ongoing.
